Our client, PRS Holdings, Inc., is searching for a Senior Union Payroll Administrator / Certified Payroll Specialist to join their growing team. This isn't your average payroll role. You'll be the behind-the-scenes hero making sure hundreds of employees get paid correctly and on time.
? Processing high-volume, full-cycle payroll
? Managing union payroll and certified payroll requirements
? Handling multi-state and multi-entity payroll activities
? Preparing union reporting and compliance documentation
? Using Excel wizardry (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and more!)
? Ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and employee satisfaction
